What if I don't have the exact number of guests that you have in your games?
We will be more than happy to make a custom game for you complete with the characters names
to match your guests if you'd like. We can have a game ready for you in as little as one
week (with rush processing). Click here for more details and to order.

What tips do you have to host a great party?
We include a host guide with every game to give you all kinds of tips, decorating, and menu
ideas to make your party a success! You can also read our article on how to host
a great mystery party here for extra tips.

How much time should I take to plan a mystery party?
Three weeks is the minimum amount of time we suggest to take in planning your party. Once
you choose and order a game, read through the host guide before deciding on a date. That way
you know about how much time you need to shop, plan a menu, choose and invite your guests, etc.

How can I assure to have a great party?
The first thing we suggest is reading through your host guide thoroughly and plan before you
set a date or invite your guests. Plan things out and figure how long it will take to get
everything set up before you send out invites.
The second thing we suggest is to make sure you choose a time where you are confident all of
your guests can make it to the party. Each guest plays an important role, so you may want to
consider that when inviting your guests. If someone on your guests list is great for the
party, but also known for cancelling at the last minute, you may want to keep a back up in
mind that you can call on and invite on short notice. Sending out RSVP's has usually been
the best way to handle this.
Finally and most importantly. Remember not to take yourself too seriously. Once the day
comes, let loose and have fun! There is no need for anyone to be stressed out or have any
acting skills to play this game. Serving wine during the first round usually does the trick!

What is the refund policy?
Boxed games must be returned unopened within 15 days of purchase
Corporate scripts: We will offer a preview option upon request before purchase to help you make an
informed decision. Since there is no way of us knowing whether or not you played the game,
Corporate Scripts are non refundable.
On site performances: Refunds for on site performances will be dealt with on a case by case
basis. For example, if we completely messed up your party through all fault of our own, we
will refund your money. If not, we probably won’t.

What is the cancellation policy?
For Boxed Games:
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If the item has already shipped,
you will have to return the boxed game unopened or refuse the package to receive a refund
minus shipping charges (see refund policy).
For Online Games :
Since the games are custom made for you, there is no refund once production has started
Production usually starts 24 to 48 hours after purchase.
For custom games :
We will wait 24 hours after you place your custom order before we start production.
Therefore, You have 24 hours AFTER you place your custom order to cancel it. After the 24 hour period, you can
no longer cancel the order and custom games are not refundable.
For corporate scripts & B&B weekend games:
Corporate scripts must be cancelled before the item is shipped. If item has already shipped,
the package must be refused and returned to us in its original shipment. This is the only
way we will be able to refund your money. No exceptions.
For live performances:
Payment in full is due at time of reservation. You must cancel your
event more than 3 weeks in advance for a full refund. Refunds go as follows:

• 3 weeks before the event 75% refund
• up to 2 weeks before the event 50% refund
• Cancellation within the last two weeks of the event forfeits the refund.

Are these games fit for shy people ?
Yes. We have games to fit the most introverted people to where they will feel comfortable
and have a great time. these games give people the opportunity to forget themselves for a
few hours and be someone else...if you are unsure, be sure not to assign a flamboyant
character to a shy guest.

Which of your games do you suggest for teens or people who want a tame version ?
All of our games are tame and they all include a murder that needs to be solved. Some
take place during the game while others do not. These games are usually the
ones customers buy when looking for a more tame game for teens. These games are

Which games do you suggest for more outgoing people ?
ALL of our mystery games made for adults and outgoing people really enjoys these types of
games the most. And of course there are our adult only games for those who are really open
minded and out for a good time.

When should I expect my game ?
Our games dinner party games are now delivered via email for you to print so you should expect your
game within 24 hours. For all other games like corporate games, bed and breakfast
weekend games, online games and custom games, please see description for estimated
delivery and shipping times.

How do your online games work?
Online games are played on messages boards or in chatrooms by the host and his/her guests.
An electronic version of the game is purchased and the host guide and clues are given to the
host with instructions on how to host the game this way. For additional fees, a custom
online game can be made complete with custom character names, we also offer &spaces& for you
to play your game if you do not have a message board or chat room to play it in.

What are your office Hours ?
You can order from our website 24/7...our phone hours are Monday Through Friday from 10 am
to 6 pm Eastern Standard time.
