The prices for the emailed games are for a license to use the game one time.
Under no circumstances are you to redistribute or copy this game. If you
would like to play this game again, you must purchase another license to use this
game again. Yes, you did pay for the game, but you paid for a one time license. If you
feel that this price is too high to use the game only once, please do not purchase
the game. Our games are about half the price of most boxed games that can only be used
one time and we have the most reasonable rates on the internet. If we discover our games,
art work, logos, or any other copyright material in violation of the fair use policy,
we will take legal action. The same policy goes for the corporate and bed and
breakfast weekend games.
Our Privacy Policy
Under no circumstances do we share ANY of your contact information with ANYONE for ANY
reason. Your information is secure with us and we have a very secure checkout system that
protects your financial information. You will not receive any solicitation emails from us either.
Our Cancellation/Refund/Return Policies
Emailed games will not be refunded since there is no way for us to know whether or not youplayed the game.
Boxed games must be returned unopened within 15 days of purchase. Shipping will not be refunded.
Corporate scripts: Since there is no way of us knowing whether or not you played the game,
Corporate Scripts are non refundable.
Live on site performances: Refunds for on site performances will be dealt with on a case by case
basis. For example, if we completely messed up your party through all fault of our own, we
will refund your money. If not, we probably won’t.
You may cancel your order as long as it hasn’t shipped yet. If the item has already shipped,
you will have to return the boxed game unopened or refuse the package to receive a refund
minus shipping charges.
custom and online games can not be refunded once production has started. Typically production
starts 24 to 48 hours after purchase.
Corporate scripts must be cancelled before the item is shipped. If item has already shipped,
the package must be refused and returned to us in its original shipment. This is the only
way we will be able to refund your money. No exceptions.
For live performances...Payment in full is due at time of reservation. You must cancel your
event more than 3 weeks in advance for a full refund. Refunds go as follows:
- 3 weeks before the event 75% refund
- up to 2 weeks before the event 50% refund
- Cancellation within the last two weeks of the event forfeits the refund.
We will review situations on a case by case basis to see about rescheduling the event for
another time.
